These terms and conditions apply to the AirFinder app (the “Application”) for mobile devices created by AirFinder Development (the “Service Provider”) as a Free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read and understand them before using the Application. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or the Service Provider’s trademarks is prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider aims to make the Application as beneficial and efficient as possible and may modify the Application or charge for services at any time. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated.
The Application may store and process personal data that you provide in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the Application secure. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged because it may expose the device to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise security features, or cause the Application not to function correctly.
Third-party services
The Application may use third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions, including Google Play Services.
Connectivity and data charges
Some functions may require an active internet connection through Wi-Fi or your mobile network. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity because you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms still apply. You may incur charges for data usage, roaming, or other third-party services. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you are assumed to have permission from the bill payer.
Use of the Application
You are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged and available to access the Service. The Service Provider relies on third parties for some information and accepts no liability for direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance entirely on that functionality.
Updates and termination
The Service Provider may update the Application. Operating system requirements may change, and you may need to download updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated for every operating system version.
The Service Provider may also stop providing the Application or terminate its use at any time. Unless otherwise communicated, upon termination your rights and licenses under these terms will end, and you must stop using and, if necessary, delete the Application.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes. Changes will be posted on this page.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 2025-05-19.
